Non Pre-Order: Processed within 1–2 business days (excluding estimated delivery time).

Pre-Order: Subject to production schedule and factory availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided by the Customer Service team.

Surabaya & Jabodetabek (Non Pre-Order): 2–5 working days.

Outside Java (Non Pre-Order): 5–14 working days, depending on the shipping service.

Pre-Order: Estimated delivery will be informed after the goods are ready from the factory.

If the goods received are damaged or do not match the order:
